More and more organizations are turning to Cloud computing to reduce costs and shorten the time to market. Moreover, Cloud computing and SaaS enable implementing innovative and differencing solutions within organizations. Therefore, 'Creating innovation in the Cloud' is the main theme of Innovate IT 2010. International keynote speakers on Cloud will provide an usefull update concerning the latest trends and challenges on SaaS and Cloud computing, and will discuss the value of Cloud to Innovate in IT. How to translate Cloud computing to the policy on IT in your organization? And what can you learn from other organizations? Best practices will address the following topics:

Keynote speakers Prof. Dr. Hans Wortmann (Professor Information Management, State University Groningen, The Netherlands and Chairman of ICT Innovation platform IIP SaaS), Peter Vermeulen (Consulting Director, IDC Benelux), Saideep Raj (Global SaaS Practice Lead, Accenture), Erik de Muinck Keizer (Country Manager Benelux, Google Enterprise), David van Puyvelde (Principal SE and Platform Specialist, Salesforce.com) and Edwin Jongsma (Senior Director CRM Service Line Europe, Avanade) will discuss the latest Cloud computing trends and developments.

| | De Doelen is een veelgeroemd concertgebouw, maar tevens een state-of-the-art congresgebouw. In deze combinatie van twee functies is de Doelen veruit de grootste van Nederland.
Concert- en congresgebouw de Doelen verwelkomt jaarlijks zo'n 700.000 bezoekers. Als concertgebouw bekleedt de Doelen de tweede plaats in Nederland qua publieksbereik (na het Concertgebouw in Amsterdam en vóór Vredenburg in Utrecht) en onder de Rotterdamse podiuminstellingen veruit de eerste plaats, waarbij de Doelen het sterkste cultuurmerk is voor Rotterdam. Per jaar zijn er ruim 450 concerten. Als congresgebouw ontvangt de Doelen jaarlijks de bezoekers van duizend congressen en evenementen. Afgelopen zomer is de Grote Zaal gerenoveerd.
